Spirit Lake community is on Marott Island, a small island of  ecological wonders nestled between two branches of White River, in the middle of a bustling metropolitan area, just north of Broad Ripple.  Spirit Lake is located off Westfield Boulevard, in Indianapolis, Indiana.  It sits peacefully on a 13-acre lake with its east side overlooking the White River.  The community consists of eight, 5-story waterfront buildings on Spirit Lake Drive and Page Boulevard, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
